Returns & Exchanges

At TeeDrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

Refund Policy:

  1. Print on Demand Orders: Unfortunately, print on demand orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. Each item is custom-made specifically for you, and as such, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. General Items: For non-print on demand items, we offer a 100% cashback guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 10 days of delivery.

  3. Notification Requirement: To initiate a refund, please notify us via email at contacteedrobe@gmail.com at least 3 days before the end of the 10-day period. This allows us sufficient time to process your request.

  4. Condition of Item: Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were received. They should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are free. We will provide a prepaid return label for you.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Exchange Window: Exchanges are permitted within 10 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us via email at contacteedrobe@gmail.com within this period.

  2. Condition of Item: The item to be exchanged must be in the same condition as when it was received, including being unused and in its original packaging.

  3. Proof of Damage: If the item is damaged, please provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will use this information to process a replacement for you.

  4. Exchange Process: Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will ship the replacement item to you. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

  5. Notification Requirement: Please notify us at least 3 days before the end of the 10-day period to ensure we can process your exchange promptly.
